Indeeaa.com is an online social networking platform for connecting Indians across the globe. Through Indeeaa.com, a member can connect with his friends and family to share his/her online media, like text xomments "Talkies" or Photos. All the services, applications and content offered at Indeeaa.com will come under the purview of this agreement.

This "Terms of Use Agreement" sets forth all legally binding terms of use of Indeeaa.com services, applications and content.

By using Indeeaa.com, you explicitly become a “User” who has agreed to be bound by this agreement whether you are a passing visitor or a registered member of Indeeaa.com. If you do not intend to be bound by this agreement, you must immediately leave Indeeaa.com and not use any of our applications, services or content. When accepting this agreement, the user should also be aware and be bound by our privacy policy. The user also agrees to read the safety tips mentioned on Indeeaa.com.

Indeeaa.com retains the right to modify this agreement from time to time. Those modifications will be effective from the time they are posted on Indeeaa.com. It is agreed upon by the user to be bound by those modifications. Therefore, it is also agreed upon by the user to review any changes in the terms of agreement, Privacy policy on a regular basis to be aware of any changes in the terms of use.

Eligibility

Use of and Membership in the Indeeaa.com is void where prohibited. By using the Indeeaa.com Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 15 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Indeeaa.com Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are less than 15 years of age.

Terms of Agreement

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use Indeeaa.com Services. Indeeaa.com may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. Any changes to the agreement will be enforced upon posting of the agreement to Indeeaa.com

Account Access

When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. This is for your own safety and online security and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify Indeeaa.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account including the content posted on Indeeaa.com using your account.

Posting and Use of Content

Indeeaa.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse or remove any user or member posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. The content posted by the users are not necessarily reviewed by Indeeaa.com and do not represent the policies and views of Indeeaa.com. Indeeaa.com does not endorse and has no control over such content but holds the right to monitor and delete any account or content it deems anti social in any way.

Objectionable Content

Indeeaa.com doesn’t allow users to post personal information (Phone Number, Address) on public forums on Indeeaa.com. It is also strictly prohibited to use any kind os content that may be deemed disturbing, lewd, violent, sexually explicit, racist, hatred driven or releted to any crime which may include prostitution, incest, paedophilia etc. Despite the prohibition and monitoring of the site, objectionable information might appear on Indeeaa.com. All users who come across such information agree to report the abuse to Indeeaa.com team through the “Report Abuse” Link or contact us email, wherever applicable. Indeeaa.com assumes no responsibility or liability for such material.

Ownership of Material:

Indeeaa.com does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on to Indeeaa.com. After posting your Content to the Indeeaa.com, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose and are responsible for the way it is being used. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through Indeeaa.com, you hereby grant to Indeeaa.com a limited global license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through our Services. The user also agrees to allow Indeeaa.com to earn any money through way of ads being shown on the pages where the content is displayed. Without this license Indeeaa.com would be unable to provide it’s Services. The user agrees not to charge Indeeaa.com for the limited license. If the user intends to, we request the user to immediately take his/her content off the website. Indeeaa.com also retains the right to sublicense its services and thus the content posted on Indeeaa.com without any liability to the content owners.

Indeeaa.com contains Content of Users and other Indeeaa.com licensors. Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any content appearing on or through Indeeaa.com. Other information posted by Indeeaa.com is completely owned by Indeeaa.com and its licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, replicating this content for any purposes. All content, services, applications are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other local laws.

Copyrighted Material

Indeeaa.com respects the copyright law and all its members should ensure that no copyrighted material on which the user doesn’t have any rights be posted by him/her on Indeeaa.com. The user who has posted such material takes complete responsibility and liability. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on Indeeaa.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, we request you to immediately contact us via our Contact us form. We request you to also provide any info that would prove the accuracy of your claim and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Indeeaa.com will immediately evaluate and remove the content from the website along with banning the user who has misused your content on Indeeaa.com

Non-commercial Use by Members

Indeeaa.com is for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Indeeaa.com. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the our site, including, any business or promotional activity, collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Indeeaa.com is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Indeeaa.com.

Illegal Activities

Indeeaa.com is committed to its users overall safety and reserves the right to work and cooperate with local authorities to take appropriate action against any user indulging in illegal activities on Indeeaa.com.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions on Indeeaa.com. Indeeaa.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Privacy

Privacy on Indeeaa.com is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Disclaimers

Indeeaa.com is not responsible and liable for the authenticity of content posted on Indeeaa.com or content posted in connection with Indeeaa.com. The content could have been posted by users or by Indeeaa.com or its licensors. Any external links on Indeeaa.com posted by users, staff or advertisers are not endorsed or checked by Indeeaa.com. We request the users to use their discretion while clicking on those links.

No offers made by users or advertisers are endorsed by Indeeaa.com. Indeeaa.com takes no responsibility for such offers.

Indeeaa.com does not assume any responsibility for any damages caused to the user because of any error in services, omission of information, unauthorized actions, failure of infrastructure, natural calamities etc.

Under no circumstances shall Indeeaa.com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Indeeaa.com Services, because of any Content posted on or through Indeeaa.com, or from the conduct of any Users of the Indeeaa.com, whether online or offline. Limitation on Liability

NOT WITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, INDEEAA.COM LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO INDEEAA.COM FOR THE INDEEAA.COM SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.

Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving Indeeaa.com, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the Civil court of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India without regard to conflict of law provisions. Either Indeeaa.com or you may demand that any dispute between Indeeaa.com and you about or involving Indeeaa.com must be settled by arbitration , provided that the foregoing shall not prevent Indeeaa.com from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Indeeaa.com, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Indeeaa.com in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the our Website or through the Services causes Indeeaa.com to be liable to another.

Other

This Agreement is accepted upon your use of Indeeaa.com or any of the Indeeaa.com Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Indeeaa.com regarding the use of Indeeaa.com. The failure of Indeeaa.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles used in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
